1) IS MY TRANSACTION SECURE?
Definitely! All personal and credit information that you enter on our site is encrypted.
 
2) DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?
No we do not have a catalog. However we do consider our website to be our wedding favors catalog. You may simply download and print out any page you are interested in.
We are one of the largest online suppliers of wedding favors, baby favors, bridal shower favors, communion favors and sweet sixteen favors so you know we will probably have what your looking for.
 
3) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR US TO RECEIVE OUR ORDERS?
If the item you ordered is in stock it will ship within 5 business days.
Normal UPS shipping time is 1-5 days from our warehouse.
 
4) DO YOU WRAP FAVORS?
At this time we do not, however we will be offering custom wrapping in the near future.
 
5) WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
*Our shipping charges are based on package weight and your location and can be calculated on the checkout page before payment is processed.
 
6) WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Check, money order, Visa, master card and American Express.

*Please note that when you send a personal check your order will not ship out until the check has cleared.
 
7) DO YOUR FAVORS COME BOXED?
All wedding favors, baby favors and all of our other products come in a gift box unless otherwise specified.

Sample Purchases
Please limit your sample purchases to no more than 1-3 different item codes. We must limit to no more than 1-3 items in order to be able to efficiently process the order in the warehouse - otherwise the labor costs in packaging the order exceed the order value. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with our sample purchase policy.
